Delete your TradeCalmly account

In the app

1. Open TradeCalmly and sign in.
2. Go to Settings, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Enter your TradeCalmly password to confirm, then tap Delete permanently.

The account is deleted at once. This cannot be undone.

Can't use the app?

Email support@tradecalmly.com from the address you registered with, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your login (email, hashed password) and settings.
• The connected MT5 account, its investor password and all trades, deposits, withdrawals, balance and equity history.
• Alerts, notifications, push notification tokens and the Telegram link.
• Your support requests with their messages, images and files.
• Your sign-in and security events and your MT5 account events.

What stays for a while

• Database backups are kept for up to 14 days and then deleted.
• Server technical logs (which can include IP addresses) are rotated and are not linked to the deleted account; their daily files are deleted after about 14 days.
• Server error records are unlinked from the deleted account at once and deleted after 14 days.
• App crash reports are kept by Firebase Crashlytics for 90 days; they hold no email, MT5 login or trading figures.
• If you joined the testers' Telegram group: your messages there are kept 90 days and your member details until 90 days after you leave the group. A message of yours quoted in another member's support request stays with that request.
